NSV 09990 is 2.6 arcmin from MisV0850. No star brighter than 14.5 mag was detected at the cataloged position of NSV 09990. But considering the large angular distance and the magnitude of NSV 09990 (15.3 - 16 mag) in the catalog, MisV0850 is probably a new variable star.
