No known variable stars are within 5 arcmin. Special Notes Taichi Kato identified with V854 Oph. We thought that V854 Oph was originally identified with the emission-line star Stephenson No.141 by Stephenson, but it is probably erroneous (IBVS 4843). However, Nikolai N. Samus revealed that the identification of MisV0005 and V854 Oph is erroneous and MisV0005 is a new variable star [vsnet-chat 4071].
