NSVS Light Curve (NSVS 1728453)
Seiichi Yoshida, MISAO Project; Nobuo Ohkura and Youichirou Nakashima, Okayama, Japan, discovered new variable stars MisV1393 - MisV1404.
They were picked up by Seiichi Yoshida from the candidates of new variable stars detected by the PIXY system 2 from images taken by Nobuo Ohkura. Their variations were confirmed by Yoshida, Ohkura and Youichirou Nakashima.
The USNO-A2.0 color is B-R = -0.4 mag. The RGB composite image from DSS I, R and Bj images also suggests that MisV1396 is remarkably blue.

Institute under U.S. Government grant NAG W-2166.
The DSS images are obtained at the Astronomical Image On-line Access Interface (http://dss.mtk.nao.ac.jp/).
MisV1396 faded only once by the MISAO Project observations. It is almost constant the other days. The NSVS light curve shows MisV1396 is almost constant, or maybe it shows a small irregular variation.
But Arne Henden revealed it is not so blue, as the TASS color is (V-Ic) = 0.41, the Tycho color is (B-V) = 0.275, and the 2MASS color is J=10.704, H=10.662, K=10.592.
