1999 Mar. 5Photometric result publicationMISAO Project Announce Mail (Mar. 5, 1999) Hello. I am Seiichi Yoshida working on the MISAO project. The photometric result estimated automatically by the PIXY system from images taken in the course of Bistar Survey and the Ageo Survey in one year is published at the MISAO Project Home Page: http://www.info.waseda.ac.jp/muraoka/members/seiichi/misao/ In order to remove false data or mistakes, magnitude data of only stars observed at five or more nights. I checked all the photometric results of each star and removed evident illegal data, very different from other data, by hand. As a result 10,681 data of 895 variable stars are published. The data are available at the MISAO Project Home Page. In the MISAO Project, magnitude data of STM objects, candidates of errors in the GSC compiled by Minoru Sato, are also accumulated. 1,915 data of 182 STM objects are published, too. The STM objects which were not detected at all are surely true errors in the GSC. On the other hand, the STM objects which were detected constantly are surely real stars. That confirmation results are appended in the list for the STM objects published this time. The list of STM objects is available at: http://www.info.waseda.ac.jp/muraoka/members/seiichi/misao/public/STM.TXT There are many other data in star catalogs such as GSC or USNO-A1.0, which are not detected at all but recorded in the catalog, except for STM objects. The list of such errors, not detected at all during five or more nights, are compiled as the MISAO catalog errors and published at: http://www.info.waseda.ac.jp/muraoka/members/seiichi/misao/public/MisE.GSC The catalog errors discovered this time are as follows.
